AGREEMENT ON SCHOOL OF AMERICAN LAW PROGRAM

 

Henceforth, “SAL”, Student and “Chicago-Kent” shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties”, or individually as a “Party”, unless the context otherwise requires.

SAL Program

  • SAL Program consists two-semester non-degree study. The first semester begins in October 2021, and the second semester begins in February 2022. Learning mode is one or two courses per month covering mostly weekends throughout full day live or digitally represented lectures;
  • SAL Program covers 10 mandatory courses designed, delivered and graded by Professors / Adjunct Professors of Chicago-Kent through live or digitally represented lectures; all courses of SAL Program are mandatory;
  • Student shall earn the minimum 2.7 GPA in order to be eligible for the LL.M Program at Chicago-Kent;
  • Upon completion of SAL Program, Graduate gets a Certificate of Completion. The Certificate of Completion shall be issued if SAL Student passes 100% of the exams with a minimum GPA as indicated in section 1.3 of this agreement. SAL Graduate who gets Certificate of Completion is eligible for LL.M at Chicago-Kent; Student who passes less than 100% of the exams or his / her GPA is lower than indicated in section 1.3 of this agreement, may request a Certificate of Participation. SAL Graduate with Certificate of Participation is not eligible for LL.M at Chicago-Kent.
