Founded in 1888, Chicago-Kent College of Law, the law school of Illinois Institute of Technology, is nationally recognized the second oldest law school in the state of Illinois. Chicago-Kent has a history marked by innovation and excellence.

Chicago-Kent was gained accreditation by the American Bar Association in 1936 and membership in the association of American Law Schools in 1951.
